Ate here recently, I completely agree with the first comment. The tacos we got were pretty good! The service on the other hand was not...chubby ginger dude needs a serious attitude and ego check! You work at a food truck bro, world does not revolve around you! This dude should be fired...it’s the only thing bringing this business down!

Best meal I’ve had in 3 months! I was greeted by happy friendly people and my food came super fast. they definitely know what they’re doing right here. I got 2 fish tacos, fries & hush puppies. I could barely eat 1 hush puppy because my tacos were so loaded with perfectly cooked grilled fish, a salads worth of veggies (which I love) & a tasty sauce. Everything was super fresh with many layers of flavors. Roomy in & out location to accommodate truckers with lots of parking around. Right up the street and on the left of the Arcata marsh when coming from G street. It was really nice to have a perfect experience this time on my big weekly outing. Home runs are hard to get but these guys knocked it out of the park for sure.

Just had their bison burger on special and it was probably the best bison burger I've ever eaten... and they are a seafood truck. The chipotle mayo was amazing with their fries. I would definitely recommend this food truck.

I wish this truck were closer as I'd probably eat there once a week. Fantastic!

Seared ahi tacos. Hush puppies. Mm! It is a food truck, so temper your expectations, but the food is delicious.

Best fish tacos in the Humboldt Bay. Excellent fries as well. Open 7 days a week in the alley behind Redwood Curtain, grab a bite and enjoy it inside with a beer.

First time! This sweet little food truck is located directly behind Redwood Curtain brewing Company. I ordered the Korean Kim chi salmon served on jasmine rice. Spicy + great flavor! A must if you love Kim chi like I do! A couple of steamed veggies or a few slices of roasted yam would have sent this dish right over the top! But alas, it's simply rice, Kim chi and salmon! Still delish and worthy of 5 stars! I plan to return tomorrow to try the local cod tacos! I LOVE that their approach is fresh, sustainable and organic!! Btw: EVERYTHING on the menu sounds amazing!! And!!! The staff was kind and efficient! I was waiting in my car because it was sobbing rain and the guy actually walked my togo box out to me! That gets a ⭐️❤️☺️ in my book! Thanks LoCo!!

The food itself deserves 5+ starts... The costumer service on the other hand is awful rude. Sad to say, I love supporting small businesses, but how could you support and accept someone’s bad behavior and rudeness when you are literally supporting his livelihood. I understand that the food industry can be stressful at times, but one must learn to be APPRECIATIVE AND RESPECTFUL of those whom support you and your business. I appreciate your delicious food and dedication. I’m well aware about how strenuous and UNDERPAID are the jobs in the food industry in Humboldt County. I beg you to please remember that there is a lot more beauty in life and tons of reasons to be thankful and happy.

A bit overpriced but the food is quality and flavorful. The calamari is a treat worthwhile.

The best cheeseburger and fries EVER!!

Wasn't expecting such awesome food from a food truck. The fish and chips and hush puppies were absolutely delicious.

Their fish tacos are O.K. but it's a food truck and they are $10 for 2 tacos. You pay when you order and their tablet-credit-card receipt gives you choices for how much you may tip them for their counter service before you get served. They take your order from their food truck window and call you when you may return to the window and grab your order. Lots of 'tood from the various people behind the window. Again, their fish tacos are O.K.

The wait for the food was pretty long, but it was during lunch and crowded so I didn't expect it to be super fast. The fish and chips were the best I've ever had. The fish was so fresh and the fried batter was so crispy. Tacos were also delicious. Definitely going back. Worth the wait.

Good food for a hefty price.

Yak fries were killer. I finished the whole thing in one sitting. I'll hurt later but it was worth it!

Yummy food truck! I got the korean rice bowl. The salmon was really good and the kimchi was sweet and spicy! The only thing was that the bowl was quite small for its price. We went somewhere else later to fully satisfy ourselves. But, it has good food and definitely worth trying out.

Fish and chips were delicious. However I absolutely hate seeing a company not only raise their prices $3 per item (now $15 instead of $12) but at the same time decrease the amount given. I understand having to raise prices (though incrementally is better than by 25%) but to raise prices and cut back the portion size?! Also I don't understand how the customer service is always so bad. You go up to the window to order and they tell you to wait several minutes to even take your order, mind you there is no one in front of you.

Very good food I've lived in Humboldt my whole life in this is definitely a good seafood place not only that the gentleman that runs it is awesome very good service very good food consistently

We tried it. $10 for two fish tacos !?! Oh, it's pay first and tip first. Is everyone else OK w/ that ? What is the correct tip amount for food truck window service when the food is overpriced and the guy behind the window is so gosh-darn unfriendly ?
